Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Within 15 days of receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached
- Packaging: Original packaging must be included
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Compression Socks (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Thong Sandals (due to direct foot contact design)
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in resalable condition

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

International Returns
